There is no specific exam to earn the KDI certification. However, a student needs to attend the entire training session and complete all given assignments.
Attendees are expected to have read “Kanban” by David J Anderson or “Kanban from the Inside” by Mike Burrows. Additionally, Prior attendance in the Kanban System Design class is strongly recommended.
