DevSecOps Foundation (DSOF)℠ Exam Details

  • Exam Name: DevSecOps Foundation Exam
  • Exam format: Objective, Multiple choice
  • Training and Exam: In-person / Live Online.
  • Number of questions: 60.
  • Passing score: 65% 
  • Exam duration: 120 minutes [2 hours]
  • Result: Immediately after the exam
  • Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside help.
  • Exam cost: First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. 
  • Cost of each retake attempt: $50 
  • Retake policy:
  • Second attempt on the exam [first retake] can be made directly after the first attempt. 
  • Third attempt needs a 10-day wait. 
  • Fourth attempt needs a 30-day wait.

Although there aren’t any official requirements for the exam, DevOps Institute strongly advises the following to help applicants be ready for the test leading to the DevSecOps Foundation (DSOF)℠ certification:

It is suggested that candidates complete at least 16 contact hours (course instruction and labs) of formal, authorized training conducted by an Education Partner of the DevOps Institute.

Step 6: If you perform better in the techniques and experiments of this course, you will receive a DevSecOps Foundation (DSOF) Certification and percentage marks with a digital badge to promote your achievement online.

Step 7: Use the provided login information to access the AgileFever website, then instantly download your certificate and digital badge.
