Sharath and his teaching partner Jayashree Pilli provided an excellent presentation of what a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master must do. The course had hands-on work of user story creation, sizing, and capacity estimation and then proceeded to follow the story's flow through the planning through review and retrospective stages of the increment. After the class ended, Sharath also provided links to knowledge checks and the SAFe website that was helpful in my study for the certification test, especially after failing the initial test. His encouragement and assistance helped me to pass the retake. I heartily recommend his teaching of the course
