Implementing SAFe® 6.0 with SPC Certification is a five-day course that offers you to learn and practice how to coach programs, design a DevOps culture to improve a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, launch an Agile Release Trains [ARTs], and authorize a Lean portfolio.

During the first two days, Leading SAFe® is being taught which provides you the foundation knowledge to teach SAFe to the leaders. It will also include SAFe Principles, Team and Technical Agility, Agile Product Delivery, and Lean Portfolio Management principal competencies. The next two days will teach you how to implement SAFe successfully in your organization, followed by the SAFe® Implementation Roadmap.

On the SPC training’s completion and passing the SAFe® Practice Consultant certification exam, you become a certified SAFe® Practice Consultant, offered by Scaled Agile.

Implementing SAFe (SPC) Exam Details

Exam Details

Exam Name: SPC (6.0) – SAFe® Practice Consultant

Exam format: Multiple choice

The number of questions: 60.

Passing score: 80%.

Exam duration: 120 minutes [2 hours]

Exam delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside help.

Exam access: Can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform after completing the Implementing SAFe (SPC) course.

Exam cost: First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion.

Cost of each retake attempt: $250 (Only to SPC)

Requirements:

Review and acceptance of the Candidate Agreement are required to start the exam
Exam functionality instructions are provided following the Candidate Agreement

Retake policy:

First retake: May be taken immediately after the first failed attempt.
Second retake: May be taken 10 days after the first retake.
Third retake: May be taken 30 days after the second retake.
All subsequent retakes require a 30-day wait.

Prerequisites

All stakeholders in a Lean-Agile transformation are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) 6.0 certification exam and practice as a SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC):

• 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management

• 3+ years of experience in Agile

• One or more relevant Agile certifications
