The Certified SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer (RTE) course can be attended by the Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Program Managers, Leaders and Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Solution Train Engineers (STEs), SAFe Program Consultants (SPCs) and Agile Coaches, in order to gain the RTE certification.
For accomplishing the RTE certification exam successfully, you should have:
  • Aptitude to apply SAFe principles
  • Aptitude to ease the cross-team communication
  • Skills to coach Agile and SAFe facilitation
  • Ability to handle the stakeholders
  • Proficiency in participating/launching one ART and one Program Increment (PI)
  • Work experience with team dynamics
  • Three months of practical, hands-on experience as an RTE
